Frequently asked questions
What is a good internet speed?
For comfortable everyday use, aim for at least 25 Mbps download per household with several users streaming. Video calls need much less, while 4K streaming and large downloads benefit from 100 Mbps or more.
Why are my results lower than my internet plan?
Wi-Fi, older devices, busy routers, and the time of day all reduce real-world speeds. Testing over a wired connection gives the most accurate picture.
What does ping mean?
